1. The panel cannot be connected, and there are broken or excess panels. This is usually caused by improper roller gap. When the panel is broken, the gap between the lower group of rollers can be reduced or the gap between the upper group of rollers can be increased; when there is excess panel, the adjustment method is the opposite.
2. When the noodle making machine is running, the edge runs or the thickness is uneven on both sides. This is caused by the inconsistent gap between the two ends of the rollers. Properly adjust the gap between the two ends of the rollers to achieve a uniform effect.
3. The noodles are wavy. This is usually caused by the installation angle of the scraper and the cutter comb is too large. Adjusting the angle of these parts can solve this problem.
4. The panel sticks to the roller. This may be caused by excessive moisture in the dough or loose scraper bolts. Make sure the moisture of the dough is appropriate and check whether the scraper bolts are tightened.
5. The noodles cannot be broken during processing. This may be caused by the mismatch between the section blade and the bottom plate. Properly adjust the blade position to solve the problem.
6. The noodles are broken. This may be caused by impurities in the noodles or uneven dough. Make sure there are no impurities in the dough kneading process and ensure the dough is even.
