How to use 300 type noodle press?

1. Preparatory work

Check the equipment: Before using the surface press, check whether the parts are firmly installed and whether the screws are loose, especially the key parts such as the press roll and the conveyor belt. At the same time, check whether there is debris, dust on the surface of the machine, if so, it needs to be cleaned up.

Power on: Insert the power plug of the dough press into a suitable socket, ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage required by the dough press, turn on the power switch of the machine, and the indicator light of the control panel of the machine should be lit up.

Prepare the dough: Depending on the type and amount of pasta you want to make, prepare the appropriate amount of dough. The hardness of the dough should be moderate, too hard may damage the machine, too soft will easily stick to the press roller. Generally speaking, the water content of the dough for making noodles is about 40%-50%, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the water absorption of the flour. Knead the dough until smooth, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and leave to rest for 15-30 minutes to make the dough softer and easier to press.

2. Surface pressing operation

Adjust the roller spacing: Turn the adjusting handle on the side of the dough press to adjust the roller spacing to the maximum. Usually the initial spacing of the new machine is about 5-10 mm, which can be fine-tuned according to the softness of the dough and the actual situation.

Put the dough in: open the conveyor belt switch, cut the dough into the appropriate size of the block, the width is generally not more than two-thirds of the feed port of the dough press, and the length is about 10-15 cm. Place the dough pieces gently on the conveyor belt and allow them to automatically pass between the rollers.

First press: When the dough passes through the press roller, it is initially pressed into a dough sheet. In the process of pressing the surface, pay attention to the direction of the dough to ensure that it is evenly passed through the press roller to avoid the situation of thick on one side and thin on the other. If the dough goes astray, the feed position or the speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted appropriately.

Multiple pressing: Take out the first pressed sheet, fold it in half and put it into the medium pressure surface of the dough press again, repeat this 3-5 times. Each time the surface is pressed, the press roller spacing can be gradually reduced according to the thickness of the surface, generally reduced by 1-2 mm each time. By pressing the surface several times, the surface can be made smoother and more ductile.

Adjust the thickness: When the sheet reaches the desired thickness, stop adjusting the press roll spacing. Generally speaking, the thickness of the surface for making ordinary noodles is about 1-3 mm, and the thickness of the surface for making wonton skin is about 0.5-1 mm, which can be determined according to actual needs.

Operation: Put the pressed dough into the noodle cutter, and choose different cutting tools according to the need, such as wide knife, fine knife, etc. Turn on the cutter switch and the sheet will be cut into noodles of the corresponding width.

3. Power cut-off

Turn off the power: After finishing the surface pressing work, first turn off the conveyor belt switch and cutter switch of the surface pressing machine, and then turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.

Clean the machine: before the machine is completely cooled, clean the dough and flour left on the dough press in time. You can use a soft brush or a damp cloth to gently wipe parts such as press rollers, conveyor belts and cutting tools, but be careful to avoid water entering the motor and electrical parts. For some stubborn surface dirt, you can use a small amount of edible alkaline water or special detergent to wipe, and then wipe clean with water.

Storage: Put the cleaned dough press in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and rust. If it is not used for a long time, a thin layer of cooking oil can be applied to parts such as press rollers and cutting tools to prevent rust.

When using the 300 type dough press, it must be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures to avoid personal injury or machine damage due to improper operation. If you encounter a fault during use, the power supply should be cut off in time, and contact professional maintenance personnel for maintenance.
