The filling machine
This filling machine is a new product developed by our company. It adopts CNC technology, allowing for precise weight control during operation. It can store 100 different parameter menu programs and adapt to various filling formulas by changing process parameters. To meet food hygiene requirements, the machine is made of stainless steel and features a detachable structure for easy cleaning and sterilization.
This machine, together with a steamed bun and dumpling machine, a longitudinal and transverse cutting mechanism, and a conveyor belt, forms a steamed bun production line and a dumpling production line. They are already in normal operation in many production plants, saving 50% of labor costs and reducing raw material consumption by more than 5%.
